Rob Miller - Executive Producer In 2004, Rob founded Tower 17 Productions and embarked on his first project - “twentysixmiles”. The initial component of this episodic television was the creation and recording of original music around which the show’s central theme is based. In addition, Tower 17 is developing multiple film projects. In his former life, Rob founded and built several successful companies that went on to become industry leaders, with an emphasis on community involvement and financial responsibility. His concentration on growth, profitability, and integrity earned Rob an “Inc. Magazine/Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award” in 1992.
Rob has always
believed in creating enjoyable work environments for his employees and
is especially proud that his company, Phase 2 Cellular, received the
Arthur Anderson Enterprise Award for Motivating and Retaining Employees.
With that in mind, Rob has handpicked an impressive group to jump-start
his next venture. |

John Schneider - Co-Executive Producer & Lead Role
John brings his
extensive industry experience to the Tower 17 Production team having
starred in numerous feature films and television shows (Nip/Tuck,
Smallville, Dukes of Hazzard), and will not only play the lead role of
Jack Kincaid but will be highly influential in all aspects of
twentysixmiles,
including producing and directing. |

Scott LeGrand - Producer Scott’s life began in production by touring for the Grateful Dead as a production manager. Upon the death of Jerry Garcia he returned to LA to begin production management for live television events (Grammy's, Emmy's, 1996 Democratic and Republican National Convention) finally working on the Opening Closing Ceremonies for the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympic Games. With live TV out of his system Scott returned back to LA to work for Disney on film projects for Tokyo Disney Sea. Five years later, 22 months of which were spent in Japan, he returned to LA to pursue his passion of feature film.
Most recently,
Scott produced the $1 million independent feature film “Familiar
Strangers” and brings to the company a detailed knowledge on how to
deliver a project on schedule and on budget. |

Mike Petty – Development Director
Mike is a former
Washington DC-based reporter; he covered issues of science and
technology, a beat that introduced him to dozens of countries, several
continents and most of the best cities on earth. His plays have been
produced in Chicago, Los Angeles New York and Boston, and include
“Locked- Up Down Shorty’s,” “In Walked Monk” and “May I Have Another
Molotov Cocktail, Please.” Currently he is working on several movie and
television projects. |

Todd Turner,
Director -
Todd was smitten by
the film business at the age of seventeen when he worked on his first
film, starring Betty Davis in her second to last picture. Twenty three
years ago he embarked on a career that includes films such as “Hunt For
Red October”, “A River Runs Through It” and “Remember the Titans”. Todd
apprenticed under such acclaimed directors as Arthur Penn, John
McTiernan and Peter Weir. He has written, directed and produced for many
of today’s top stars such as Sandra Bullock, Brad Pitt and Harrison
Ford. |

Jami Rudofsky - Casting Director
Jami graduated from
the theater department at UCLA in 1994 and has been working in casting
ever since. She has been actively working on a number of successful
television shows including “The Practice”, and “Gilmore Girls”. Jami
just recently finished casting her 7th season of “Gilmore
Girls” as well as two pilots and a Lifetime movie of the week. Her pilot
“Eight Days a Week” will be going into production for mid-season soon. |

Kevin D. Guzowski - Head Writer
Kevin grew up in
Chicago & received a bachelor’s degree in writing from Indiana
University. Kevin studied at the Second City Conservatory, and
eventually landed his first writing gig, a re-write of “Whatever Gets
You Through the Night” for Nan Morales at Paramount. In 1999 Kevin wrote
and directed the short film, “Fifteen Minutes with the Family”, produced
by Lisa Niedenthal. Kevin has since relocated to Los Angeles to pursue
screenwriting full time. |
